Namaste, I am Anand Prakash Yogi,
A certified yoga teacher from Nepal with over 15 years of teaching experience across countries.
Over the years, I’ve come to see yoga as a journey that touches every part of who we are - body, mind, and spirit. In my sessions, I blend the timeless wisdom of yogic practices like Satkarma, Asana, Pranayama, Bandha, Kriya, Mudra, and Dhyana with simple movements that strengthen the heart and body.
Each practice is a gentle invitation to build strength and flexibility while awakening a deeper sense of awareness within. My aim is to help you reconnect - with your breath, your body, and the higher consciousness that brings true transformation.
